He has worked as a consultant at Deloitte and has taught with the Princeton Prison Teaching Initiative.

Nishanthi is currently a fifth-year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the City College of New York. She holds a Master's in General Psychology from City College and a BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.

Currently, Joshua is a dual degree master’s candidate in Comparative Urban Planning and International Governance at UCLA and SciencesPo.

Mike attended Darmouth College, where he won numerous awards for his creative and critical writing. He earned his BA in English, and went on to become a secondary school teacher.
