A Florida native, Jalen traded sunshine for scholastics and is now an MD and MPP Candidate at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Kennedy School respectively. He spent his undergrad at Dartmouth College where he majored in Ecology.

He next engaged in a two-year fellowship in South Africa, where he worked in the NGO sector investigating the barriers to care faced by individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Simran is pursuing a combined MD/PhD in the Harvard-MIT MD program and Immunology PhD program. Previously, she was a research technician at Fred Hutch, where she helped design novel protein-based cancer therapeutics and a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.

Ariana holds a BA in International Relations and Asian Studies (Dartmouth College). Next, she worked as a paralegal in international trade remedy litigation before pursuing her JD at Columbia Law. She currently works in International Capital Markets.

Joe earned an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, an MS from the Harvard-MIT Department of Health Sciences and Technology, and a BA in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard. Currently, he works as a healthcare consultant.
