Marcus holds a Master's in Liberal Studies from Columbia University. He previously graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota with a BA in American Studies.
Roland
Roland is an award-winning author and illustrator. His biography of Arthur Ransome won a Jerwood Award from the Royal Society of Literature and the HW Fischer Prize from the Biographer’s Club. His illustrations for Lev Grossman’s best-selling Magicians trilogy were published in the New Yorker. Roland is currently writing and illustrating a series of novels for children.
Alexander
Alex is a JD candidate at UCLA. Prior to law school, he earned his BA in Chinese from Colby College, and then worked in China, first as an interpreter, and then in test prep tutoring ambitious students from China's best schools.
Emma
Emma holds a PhD in French Literature from Harvard University. Previously, she earned her BA and BM, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Her doctoral dissertation examined the representation of music as a tool of social critique in the modern French novel.
