Cameron is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Princeton University on a pre-med track and worked in a behavioral neuroscience research lab on campus, publishing his first manuscript shortly after his junior year. In May 2021, he graduated summa cum laude with an AB in Neuroscience and a minor in Linguistics, as well as earned election to Phi Beta Kappa. He is currently pursuing an MD degree at Harvard Medical School with the eventual goal of working in academic medicine.
Cameron worked as an editor of a speculative fiction magazine for several years at Princeton, and now works as an editor for an upcoming medical humanities publication at Harvard Medical School. He has edited personal statements for students applying to both college and medical school, and he plans to be involved with medical education as a significant part of his career. Apart from the MCAT, his academic subjects of strength include neuroscience, linguistics, Spanish, and organic chemistry.
Outside of class, you can find Cameron playing chess, going on walks, and watching good television.
