Chris grew up in Cupertino, California, that mythical place an hour south of San Francisco that your Apple weather defaults to. He studied biochemistry and business finance at the University of Southern California, graduating magna cum laude and with honors. While studying abroad at the University of Melbourne, he developed a fascination for stem cells and developmental biology, sparking research back home at USC and continuing abroad at the University of Helsinki in Finland. He is now at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, working toward a career in craniofacial surgery.
Chris loves teaching just as much as he loves learning. His passion for teaching started in high school, where he TAed for AP biology and physiology. While at USC, Chris was a leader in the Supplemental Instruction program, working alongside professors to teach weekly review sessions and comprehensive exam reviews for chemistry and biochemistry. With Cambridge Coaching, Chris focuses on biology and chemistry tutoring, as well as standardized test prep for the SAT.
Outside of school and work, Chris spends as much time as he can outside: climbing, biking, running, and swimming. He also loves music, movies, and art, and takes advantage of free museum admission whenever he can.
