Dan is currently a first-year medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Economics. After college, he worked for two years as a strategy consultant to healthcare companies. He then pursued a post-bacc and spent a year conducting clinical research before starting medical school.
He has tutored numerous students in high school and college-level courses, as well as SAT prep. He is also currently teaching basic cardiology, pulmonology, and neurology to high school students through a program run at Mount Sinai. At Cambridge Coaching, Dan specializes in tutoring for the MCAT and in medical school admissions. He also enjoys teaching the physical sciences (biology, chemistry, and physics), as well as math and economics.
In his free time, Dan likes to relax by playing the guitar and keep active by playing soccer. He also has over 10 years of experience teaching skiing, so if it ever snows in NYC and you want learn about pizzas and French fries, feel free to reach out!
