For as long as she can remember, Liz has always loved traveling, puzzles and art. Out of a desire to understand the world and its inner workings, Liz pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University graduating Magna cum Laude. She completed her thesis on developing a biosand filtration system for a village in Ecuador and, after graduation, worked at a non-profit in Argentina building solar water heaters. Upon returning to the US, Liz joined Morgan Stanley’s Equity Research Department and completed Level 1 & 2 of the CFA exam before leaving to pursue her MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management. Since graduating from MIT, Liz is following her dream of working in art as a co-founder and the CEO of a start-up based in NYC called limeSHIFT, which uses a co-creative art process to build culture and community, instigate and manage change within organizations, and transform working spaces.
While at Tufts, Liz was an Academic Resource Tutor in math for 4 years. She also mentored and tutored junior peers at Morgan Stanley in finance and in preparation for the CFA exams. Liz excels at working with students in high pressure environments. At Cambridge Coaching, she tutors students in: business, economics, mathematics and statistics. She brings a calm sensibility and logical approach to problem solving.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys getting lost in Central Park, getting foot massages in Chinatown and going to Zumba with friends on Saturday mornings.
