Jasmine Shah is currently a second year MBA student at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Jasmine studied Applied Mathematics and English at UCLA before she decided to enter the technology industry. She has worked in software implementation and management for the last five years in New York and San Francisco. While at Sloan, she hopes to continue to build her skillset in product management, business strategy, and operations.
In the past, Jasmine has tutored middle school and high school students in Algebra, Calculus, SAT, and reading comprehension. She ran a non-profit organization in college that helped tutor and mentor middle school kids and inspire them to go to college. She enjoys connecting with younger people, encouraging them to work hard and do well in school, and giving back to the community through tutoring and mentoring.
In her spare time, Jasmine is learning how to cook, goes salsa dancing, and hangs out with friends and family.
