Jason was born and raised in a small town in Connecticut where cows once outnumbered people. After high school at Choate Rosemary Hall, he studied at Oxford and Georgetown University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and won the top prize in the Government Department, focusing on philosophy, government and English. Next, he moved to New York, Los Angeles, and finally to Cambridge, where he entered Harvard's PhD program in English. Along the way, he also completed an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management where he was a McKinsey scholar. At MIT, Jason focused on economics and business strategy. Subsequently, he worked as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He currently serves as Vice President for Program Management of the AP at the College Board.
At Harvard, Jason won five teaching awards, and was twice nominated for most outstanding Teaching Fellow at Harvard College. Jason has served as an academic and test prep tutor for ten years, helping hundreds of students through various adventures. He specializes in MBA admissions coaching and has worked with applicants who have successfully gained admission to top 5 MBA programs.
