Jessica grew up in Northern Virginia but after moving to Boston for college, now calls Philadelphia home. She graduated from MIT with a 5.0/5.0 GPA and a degree in Biological Engineering in 2019. At MIT, she was the proud music director of the MIT Muses, MIT’s all-female a cappella group, and she still remembers her four years in a cappella fondly. She is now a first-year medical student at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania as the recipient of a full-tuition Gamble Scholarship. Outside of Jessica’s studies, she is involved in women’s reproductive health research and pediatrics community work and has been loving getting to know both the remarkable people and city that have welcomed her thus far.
Jessica has experience teaching mathematics to middle and high school students. At Cambridge Coaching, she loves to help premedical students comprehensively -- she tutors the MCAT, and can help prospective applicants bucket their school list, organize their deliverables, structure their personal statement, and prepare them for interviews.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys singing, playing the piano, and catching up with friends and family.
