Joe graduated in 2017 with an MD/MBA from Harvard. He studied undergrad at Princeton University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was honored with Phi Beta Kappa membership. He was also awarded for his thesis on designing and synthesizing nucleoside analogs in the chemistry lab.
Joe tutored at Princeton and has coached Harvard undergraduates on their medical school applications. Now working at Cambridge Coaching, he relishes in the opportunity to help students through tricky pre-medical courses and admissions processes. Core academic competencies include chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, statistics, and standardized test preparation (PSAT, SAT, ACT, MCAT, GMAT). In addition to test preparation, Joe particularly enjoys working with students to communicate their compelling stories in written and verbal form for admission to collegiate, medical, and business programs. Currently, Joe is doing a Medicine Internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Next year (beginning July 2018), he will be specializing in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Institute in Philadelphia.
In his free time, Joe enjoys developing new skills as a budding salsa dancer and sailor.
