Kelsey is from Duxbury, Massachusetts, a small coastal town south of Boston. She attended Bates College and graduated in 2015 as a Spanish major with history and education minors, and has passed the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL) for teaching Spanish. During her time at Bates, Kelsey also took many of the pre-health courses and loved them all. She decided to pursue the path of medicine, taking a job in clinical research at Boston Children’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital studying a disease called endometriosis. Kelsey has just started graduate school at Boston College’s Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner program.
Kelsey is excited to join the Cambridge Coaching team. She is passionate about sharing her love for the Spanish language with students, as well as sharing the importance of learning a language and all of the opportunities and doors this can open! In addition, Kelsey looks forward to coaching students through the application process of nursing programs and nurse practitioner programs.
In her free time, Kelsey can be found with her nose in a good book. She loves all outdoor activities but her favorites are swimming, tennis, and hiking.
