Perry is coming to terms with the fact that the Celtics will never need his upbeat demeanor and weak dribbling skills (even on their bench). Perry attended Yale University, graduating cum laude and earning distinction in the English major for his senior essays on Romantic and Victorian poetry. After Yale, Perry put his love for physical work to use as a carpenter in Boston while volunteering in schools, jails, and hospitals. He next completed Bryn Mawr College’s post baccalaureate premedical program with a 4.0/4.0 GPA, and is now facing down the medical school admissions process.
Perry has tutored and advised in several capacities, from working with elementary and middle school students on math and English to serving as a freshman counselor his senior year of college aiding first-year students in their academic, social, and cultural transition to life on campus. With Cambridge Coaching, Perry specializes in helping students tackle the MCAT. Having taken the MCAT during the COVID-19 pandemic, he feels particularly prepared to help students navigate these unique testing conditions.
In his spare time, Perry exercises, drums up building projects, and helps his family with the work of their farm in Central Massachusetts.
