Cal graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Dan graduated from MIT with a BS in Physics. After college, he joined the Vishwanath group at UC Berkeley and then transferred to Harvard University, where he is now a PhD student in Physics.
