Tom earned master’s degrees in economics and statistics from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford. Previously, he completed four undergraduate degrees in mathematics, economics, statistics, and philosophy at Indiana University.

Previously, she worked in philanthropy at The Ford Family Foundation in community economic development and in finance as a loan officer. Chelsea
Chelsea graduated from UCLA summa cum laude with a BA in English and Political Science and a minor in French. She then earned her JD at NYU, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern public interest scholar and a Florence Allen Scholar.
