Anna W.
After graduating Johns Hopkins University in 2014, Anna earned two master’s degrees in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh and in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from Oxford as a Marshall Scholar. She next earned her JD from Yale in 2021, and is now pursuing a PhD in Anthropology at Johns Hopkins.
Roland
Roland is an award-winning author and illustrator. His biography of Arthur Ransome won a Jerwood Award from the Royal Society of Literature and the HW Fischer Prize from the Biographer’s Club. His illustrations for Lev Grossman’s best-selling Magicians trilogy were published in the New Yorker. Roland is currently writing and illustrating a series of novels for children.
Entela
Entela earned her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology (Harvard) and her BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Clark, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa). Currently, she is the instructor for the Introductory Biology Class at MIT.
Dan
Dan graduated from MIT with a BS in Physics. After college, he joined the Vishwanath group at UC Berkeley and then transferred to Harvard University, where he is now a PhD student in Physics.
Paul
Paul is a PhD candidate in African and African American Studies at Harvard, where he has received multiple awards for his teaching, as well as several research fellowships, including a Fulbright-Hays fellowship.
