He also earned an MA in philosophy from the University of Miami where he was awarded an Outstanding Teaching Award, along with the Martha S. Alexandra holds a BA in Social Studies Education from Miami University and Master of Arts degrees in History from Miami University and University of Reading (UK), where she was a 2019/2020 Fulbright Scholar. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in History of Science from Harvard University, where she is pursuing a PhD in African American Studies.
Pooja R.
Pooja is an MD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She studied Cell and Molecular Biology at Cornell University, graduating summa cum laude with Distinction in Research. During her senior year, she was awarded the Academic Excellence Award, which recognizes the top two scholars in the Biological Sciences major.
Claire
Claire holds a BA in English Literature (Brown) and an MFA in Painting (New York Academy of Art). Since 2016, she has been teaching high school English Literature at BASIS Independent in Brooklyn.
Jackie
Jackie is an MD student at NYU School of Medicine. She earned her BA in Neuroscience and English and was the managing editor of her college newspaper at the University of Miami (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
