After completing his postdoctoral fellowship at MIT, he returned to Puerto Rico with a commitment to fostering education and applying neuroscience-based approaches to improve student performance at all levels.

Patty attended the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where she received her Bachelors in Materials Science and Engineering, with minors in Spanish and International Engineering, summa cum laude. She now works at HBX, Harvard Business School’s digital learning initiative, where she is a Project Manager responsible for the development of new offerings.
