Eli was born in Russia and grew up in Israel, where he graduated from the IDC with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He is currently an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School. During the summer, he interned at McKinsey Brazil, where he is going back as an associate upon graduation. Prior to business school, Eli worked as a management consultant at PwC Israel where he mainly focused on Corporate Finance, PMI and Performance Improvement. In 2014, he joined Vital Capital Fund, an Impact-Investing PE fund focused on Sub-Saharan Africa, and moved to Ghana, where he was the country representative and the CFO of a local portfolio company.

Eli enjoys helping others to meet their goals, particularly as it relates to interviews and business content. He speaks five languages, including Hebrew, Portugese, Spanish and French. 

When he isn't traveling or working, Eli loves learning new languages, listening to Brazilian music, and acro-yoga.
