Mattie is originally from Mentor, OH but grew up around the world, living in Ankara, Turkey and Abu Dhabi, UAE. After completing an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, Mattie attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC where she graduated magna cum laude with a major in Government and minors in English and French. Following two years of work at a law firm in Boston post-graduation, Mattie moved across the river to Cambridge where she is currently a first year law student at Harvard Law School.
Mattie's specialty is the LSAT, a test on which she scored in the 99th percentile. She is specifically passionate about working with students who have taken the LSAT multiple times and helping students to break through a score plateau to reach their full scoring potential. Having worked her way up through the score ranks herself, Mattie welcomes the challenge of helping students who are struggling with a score they are unhappy with and who are willing to work to make a change.
In her free time, Mattie enjoys competing in debate, running, dreaming up meal-prep recipes, and watching an unhealthy amount of the Bachelor franchise shows.
